Automatic Transmission

The automatic transmission has the advantages of easy operation, comfortable driving, and reduced driver fatigue, and has become a development direction of the modern car configuration. There are three types of automotive automatic transmissions: the automatic transmission (AT), the mechanically variable automatic transmission (CVT), and the electronically controlled automatic transmission (AMT). Currently, AT is widely used in cars. AT is almost synonymous with automatic transmissions.

AT is composed of hydraulic torque converter, planetary gears and hydraulic control system. It can achieve variable speed torque transmission through hydraulic transmission and gear combination. Among them, the hydraulic torque converter is the most important component of the lamp. It is composed of a pump wheel, a turbine, a guide wheel and the like, and has the functions of transmitting torque and clutching.
